Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions before making a booking. By booking a tour with us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. In extreme circumstances we may need to cancel a tour, for example adverse weather conditions, and then a full refund will be given.

Multi Day Tours

Once details of the tour have been agreed we require a non-refundable deposit of 25%, of the total tour cost, to secure the booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to the tour start date. If you need to cancel the booking please let us know in writing, via email. When notification has been received less than 60 days, before the first day of the tour, the following sliding scale of refund applies –

59 to 39 days before – 75% refund

38 to 20 days before – 50% refund

19 to 0 days before – No refund

Multi day tours - when we are booking your accommodation, restaurants and attraction tickets there is an administration charge of £100.00.

Single Day Tours

We require full payment of the day tour to secure the booking. If you need to cancel the booking please let us know in writing, via email. When notification of cancellation has been received more than 60 days in advance there will be a full refund minus a £50 administration fee. When notification has been received less than 60 days before the tour the following sliding scale of refund applies –

59 to 39 days before – 75% refund

38 to 20 days before – 50% refund

19 to 0 days before – No refund

We advise comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellation and any unforeseen accident. Personal items and baggage are the responsibility of the customer.

All our tours carry the necessary tour operator’s insurance and public liability cover.
